International Student Spport
We support international students in regard to education, language and personal life, in order to adapt to life and studies at Kanagawa University as quickly as possible. Campus life assistance for international students will be provided in various ways, ranging from support for studies, to support for procedures for obtaining residence status, personal life including accommodation and medical facilities, and international student events.
Support for studies
We have been providing counsel and guidance, such as advice on creating reports, asking for corrections, and searching for publications on the Internet. Besides support for studies conducted at the university, we provide other forms of support, including assisting in the preparation for the Japanese Language Aptitude Test, looking for material and references needed to prepare reports, and lending books such as question collection for the Japanese Language Aptitude Test and the Business Japanese Proficiency Test.
Regular health checkup
A regular health checkup, conducted in April annually, is mandatory for all students. Depending on the results, students must undertake close examination, and are referred to a hospital for further tests or given health guidance as needed. The health checkup is useful not only for an early detection of diseases, but also for prompt issuing of medical examination reports or other certificates, and the completion of Health Science.
